今回はTame Impalaよりアルバム「Currents」から「Yes I’m Changing」の歌詞を和訳してみました。
アルバムは2015年7月17日リリース。
バンドのフロントマンであるパーカー(Parker)の心情を赤裸々に綴っていて、「意識が流れて行っている」ような歌詞になっています。
なんとパーカー自身、この曲を書いた時の事を覚えていないとのこと。意識朦朧として書いてたのかな。そういわれても納得しちゃう。
